- Where can I buy your scarves?
Our collection is available online and we offer worldwide shipping and 14 day return policy but you can also purchase our scarves in several retail points around the world. You can check your nearest retail point by clicking the following link
- How do you clean the scarves?
We recommend dry cleaning only. Clients told us that they had no issues washing them carefully in cold water but we would only officially recommend you to dry clean your accessories to make sure that they will keep their vivid colours forever.

4. Could you deliver a piece of jewellery before the standard order time?
Yes it is very possible, please let us know your desired date and we will do our best to accommodate your request

5. Where do you make your accessories?
We ethically make our accessories in Italy by using the finest fabrics and we are proud to collaborate only with the most reputable family run textile factories in Italy. We use local craftsmen who have years of experience and have also produced for major fashion houses.

7. How can I wear Cyclades scarves/foulards/twilly accessories?

8. Do you offer express shipping?
Yes we offer worldwide express shipping and our preferred courier provider is DHL Express, items ordered before 12 pm CET time usually get delivered within 1 to 2 business working days.
��9. Is the French hemming on purpose?
Yes, we are very proud of the hemming as it is rolled with special care and detail and we think it should be visible from the good side.
10. I wear my scarves all the time and sometimes on tight knots, how can I get rid of the creases?
You can use a home steamer for garments and they will look like new within 1 minute or you can also carefully iron the scarves at a low temperature but please avoid ironing the handrolled edges.
11. Do you offer packaging for gifts?
Yes all our products come with beautiful luxury packaging and they are ready to be handed as gifts either for you or for your loved ones.
12. Can you avoid including the invoice inside the order? I would like to send an accessory directly to someone as a gift.
Certainly we can do that, just email us your request or write us a comment when you place an order with us and we will handle your order accordingly.
13. I saw a product on Instagram and I would like to buy it but I am not sure which one is it can you help me identify it?
Usually you can buy the product that you liked directly from instagram

14. I think your accessories and jewellery make the perfect corporate presents, can we purchase and send us a corporate invoice?
Indeed several companies choose Cyclades for timeless gifts. We can certainly issue a corporate invoice.

If you are based in the UK, New Zealand and Australia you can use Laybuy payment services to purchase your items with interest free installments
16. Is there a Cyclades physical store?
As you will see on our list of stockists we have several retailers in different parts of the world. We also participate in Pop Up stores and it is within our plans to open a Cyclades boutique

21. Do I need to pay custom taxes when I receive an order?
It depends on your jurisdiction and often on the amount of the order. Purchases within EU do not usually incur customs tax but if you are based overseas you might have to pay the customs some tax, please consult your local tax office before you make a purchase as we will not be responsible for tax charges.
